Arrival by Air

  1. O'Hare International Airport (ORD)

    • Located approximately 17 miles northwest of the conference venue.

    • Travel time: 40–60 minutes (depending on traffic and mode of transport).

  2. Midway International Airport (MDW)

    • Located approximately 12 miles southwest of the conference venue.

    • Travel time: 30–50 minutes (depending on traffic and mode of transport).

Transportation from the Airports

Public Transit Options:

  • From O'Hare (ORD): Take the CTA Blue Line towards Forest Park. Transfer at the Clark/Lake station to the CTA Red Line (toward Howard). Exit at the Chicago Avenue station, then walk or take a short bus ride to 303 E. Superior Street.

  • From Midway (MDW): Take the CTA Orange Line towards the Loop. Transfer at Roosevelt station to the CTA Red Line (toward Howard). Exit at the Chicago Avenue station, then walk or take a short bus ride to the venue.

Ride-Sharing & Taxi Services:

  • Taxi and ride-share services (Uber, Lyft) are available at designated pickup zones at both airports.

  • Estimated fare: $40–$80 from O'Hare, $30–$55 from Midway.

Shuttle Services:

  • GO Airport Express offers shared shuttle services from both airports to downtown Chicago hotels.

  • Reservations recommended: www.airportexpress.com

CTA Trains ("L")

  • The nearest CTA train station is Chicago Avenue (Red Line), approximately a 10-minute walk from the venue.

  • Fare: $2.50 per ride. Purchase a Ventra card or use contactless payment.

CTA Buses

  • Bus Route #66 (Chicago Avenue) stops near the conference venue.

  • Bus Route #3 (King Drive) also provides nearby service.

  • Fare: $2.25 per ride.

Divvy Bike Share

  • Divvy bike stations are located near the venue for convenient bike rental options.

On-Site Parking

  • Limited metered street parking is available at 303 E. Superior Street.

Nearby Parking Garages
